Our systematic 4-step production process ensures every component meets world-class quality standards.
First step of production is to purchase the raw material from our trusted and verified supplier. Materials are purchased as per the standard material grade or customer's specification.
Processes include drilling, facing, milling & cutting. Expert engineers oversee measurement, dimensions & quality checking of products at every production stage.
After production, each item goes to QC Department. The Quality Control Supervisor checks all dimensions and measurements using various quality checking methods and instruments.
After inspection, each order moves to packing location for final check. The packing list is printed and the entire order is carefully packed and dispatched.
